FOR CHILDREN'S GIFTS:
Logan County School District and Russellville City School District parents must come in person to the Carrico Center to sign-up their children that are not being assisted by the Family Resource Youth Service Center with the Logan County or Russellville City school system. This also applies to parents whose children are not in the public school system.
FOR FOOD BOXES:
People needing a food box must sign-up at the Carrico Center to receive a food box. Sign-ups for food applications must be completed no later than December 1st. After December 1st, we cannot guarantee a food box.
ITEMS NEEDED TO SIGN-UP FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS OR FOOD:
1. Picture I.D.
2. Proof of Income or Proof of No Income
3. Social Security Cards for ALL Children living in your home
4. Utility Bill proving Current Address in Logan County and/or Russellville City areas

Fast Food Restaurants: Arby's, McDonald's, Sonic, Dairy Queen, or Taco Bell: $15.00 per card (these are for the teenagers)
